We may collect and process the following data about You:
- Details of transactions You carry out through our website and the fulfilment of your order or event registration. When making a purchase or register for an event with us, we will collect your contact information, which includes name, address, email address and phone number, vehicle/exhibit/stall holder details as well as payment information (fee or donation amount, transaction ID, date of transaction). We DO NOT collect your payment card details.
- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence
- Other information to help us provide you with improved services
2) How we use your information
We use information about you in the following ways:
- To help us identify you and any accounts you hold with us
- To fulfil our ‘contract’ with you i.e. providing access to the Capel Show for exhibiting or commercial purposes, and to provide associated services through our website’s account functionality.
- To enable us to review, develop and improve the website, services and the Show itself
- To carry out marketing and statistical analysis
- To notify you about changes to our website and services
- To provide you with information about future events which we feel may interest you.

- Any card- or payment account holder who has purchased services on your behalf

All information you provide to us is stored on our secured servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Credit card numbers are used for processing payment only and are not retained by us. No payment transaction is conducted on our own servers, and we do not store such transactional data.
