Made in Wales it is a fibreglass monoque car that originally used Hillman Imp running gear, but I have now spent many years in time and money upgrading the original 1 litre engine to 2 litres and it now has more than 2x the HP.The engine now is a Ford duratec twin cam 16 valve engine running fuel injection with throttle bodies,and now uses a UN1 gearbox as has been used in such cars as the Lotus espirt and GT40 replica The car before the upgrade competed at Prescott and is featured in The boot Davrian to Darrian written by Martyn Morgan Jones The car is light 800 kg or less as I have yet to weigh it. -

I have been the proud owner of my TR6 for 34 years. It was restored in 2008 with new body panels, new mohair hood, engine update to unleaded, respray and complete new interior. The car was resprayed again in 2014 after an accident damaged the front part of the car.
